Pre-Order Policy

Introduction

Welcome to our Pre-Order Policy! Here at Teak Designs Direct, we strive to offer the most seamless experience for our customers. This policy is designed to help you secure new or out-of-stock designs before they even hit the shelves at an unbeatable price.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase items that are not currently in stock. This ensures that you are among the first to receive our latest or restocked collections. Discounts are often available on these new items, allowing you to secure a great deal before everyone else!

Key Points

  • Be Ahead of the Curve: Secure new collections before they're released or nab an item that's just returned to stock. Given our limited stock, this is the smartest way to shop.
  • Plan Your Purchase: All lead times are mentioned on the product pages to help you plan your purchase.
  • Cancel Anytime: Pre-orders can be fully cancelled before the items have been shipped.
  • Price Security: Lock in the current price of the item, even if it becomes more expensive in the future.
  • Upfront Payment: We charge the full price upfront. This is to ensure that the items are reserved specifically for you right from the production stage, and it allows us to maintain our low factory prices.
  • Shipping Costs: If there are additional shipping costs for the item, these will also be charged upfront.
  • Shipping Time: The estimated shipping date is clearly marked on the product page. While we strive to meet these deadlines, please note that they can vary by up to 2 weeks.
  • Combined Orders: If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and send your pre-ordered products when they are available.
  • Return Policy and Price Guarantee: Our worry-free 30-day return policy and 10% price beat guarantee are also applicable on all pre-orders.

Shop Smart, Shop Now

Pre-ordering is the smartest way to shop our collections. You get first dibs on new arrivals, secure your chosen items before they're out of stock, and can even save money in the process.

By proceeding with a pre-order, you agree to abide by our Pre-Order Policy.
